This was a project to 'solve' the problem of participation in communities, using crypto native incentive structures.

The goal was to create more sustainable communities that could incentivise their community members to participate in ways that benefited the community, without giving outsized rewards to early adopters.

The project was deployed to a number of small local in person communities. However at the time it was too early in the adoption cycle of crypto to receive any meaningful traction, mainly due the handling of tokens and technical education.
